The Goodwill Outlet in Savannah is a unique thrift store where items are sold by weight, offering very low prices. The experience is described as a treasure hunt where you never know what you will find, which is part of the fun. Shoppers can find great designer pieces and good deals, though it requires sifting through used items and is not for the faint of heart; some recommend bringing gloves. Customer service experiences vary. Some staff members are incredibly sweet, helpful, and go above and beyond, with shoppers often being greeted with smiles. However, other interactions can be rude, harsh, and unwelcoming, especially to newcomers unaware of the process, indicating room for improvement. The selection varies. It is a smaller location that can seem empty, with bins mostly containing clothes, plus some shoes, toys, and books. Some shoppers note that bins may not be rotated as frequently as at other outlets. Overall, it is a place to find good usable things, but it may not be the best bin outlet experience.
Staff was friendly, we came at the end of the day so they were putting bins out for the day - weren’t allowed to look through those, so picking was slim. I just recommend not going at the end of the day. Over all it was nice, and we did find a few things.

Was not impressed with facility appearance and setup. Questioned compliance with building code.
