This is the only Goodwill bin store I know of located in Savannah. You never know what you’ll find. It’s a treasure hunt. Payment is by the pound.

This was my first time at the Goodwill Bins, and I was impressed to find several great designer pieces, which made the trip worthwhile. However, the experience was soured a bit by one of the attendants. A Hispanic male with tattoos spoke to me in a very rude and loud tone, repeating “ma’am, ma’am, ma’am” as I looked through bins he was apparently about to remove. I wasn’t aware of the process since it was my first visit, and there were still plenty of items in the bins, so the interaction felt unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming.
On a positive note, the cashier was incredibly sweet and helpful, which I appreciated. Overall, I found some good deals, but the customer service could definitely be improved, especially for newcomers.

This is probably the most filthy Goodwill I've ever been in. I don't mind bins, but this one is disgusting and dirty. Very poor standard. Others who have posted pictures, those pictures are accurate and how bad it is.

The customer service at this location goes above and beyond I lock myself out of my car and a man helped me and recent one of the ladies helped a lady look for her rings. Beyond that I always find really good stuff and always greeted with smiles

Not understanding why the employee is asking me to put my items up on the platform area. As someone who is bringing items to be donated, when did Goodwill change how donations are dropped off? Am I supposed to put my items up on the platform? Do I need to bring them up the stairs in the back?

Disgusting. Dirty. NO AIR CONDITIONER. Goodwill should be ashamed. This is an awful shopping experience. Shopping second hand should not make you feel like you’re having to sift through garbage.

It was a lot of sifting through used items, before they go to the landfill. It is not for the faint of heart.
I normally take my gloves and face mask to search with. Sometimes I find good usable things, and sometimes it is a little more difficult than others.
If you don't like the regular Goodwill store, then you will not like the Outlet!

Just stopped in while driving thru because we love the bin outlets. Never seen one so empty of shoppers, but it is a smaller one.
It was 4:30 when we went in and it didn't seem like they change the bins much at this location, not sure how it works here but most rotate bins every half an hour or so. Don't think this location does, hope they don't just leave the same bins out for one whole day.
Only a few books, 3 bins of toys, a few of shoes but mostly clothes. Not bad, but not the best one either

Possibly the filthiest, trashiest Goodwill in existence. Definitely the worst I've ever been in. Trash everywhere, dirt on everything, nothing sorted. Just unbelievable.

Surprisingly good depending on what you're looking for. It's a weird vibe in there with people who I guess have resale businesses going nuts over the bins. It's actually borderline disturbing to watch them run to the bins and just start throwing the items around.That being said, if you have an eye for real quality you'll be surprised with what you find.
