“Our recent experience with Lumber Liquidators was just AWESOME!!!
After a refrigerator leak damaged our existing floors back in April 2025, we hired what we thought was a reputable company (which will remain unnamed for this review). Our insurance company provided $19K, which should covered the entire job. The company demanded all the money upfront, and immediately submitted a supplemental claim asking for another additional $36K. When the insurance company only provided $10K, which I kept, the company stopped working and did nothing for 8 months. I decided to cancel that contract and hired Lumber Liquidators. They tore out my old floor and installed the new one in just 2 DAYS!!! And the whole job only cost $13K. Moral of the story: hire experts who know the business like Lumber Liquidators., not that other company.”
“I'm not sure of the lady name, but when I came back the next day, her tag said assistant manager, and she had short hair. She was extremely helpful with the starting process of me thinking of my theme for this christmas season. Some items were out of stock and she brought options that could work. Which I did decide to use. I've never shopped at hobby lobby for my decorations and don't know why. Shopped during the year for other items, not related to holiday. But, it's officially my favorite holiday to go center. A few pictures from my candyland theme that I'm still adding to.”
“We went in knowing very little about the product. Candace was very patient with our questions as well as giving us a great deal of information. She even talked to us about the choices of fabricators in town. We toured the warehouse and everyone was friendly. This is an awesome place that we didn't know existed. Definitely the right choice for us!”
“Next review specifically is for the help and attention Mrs . Clara Childress, she is the most patient knowledgeable person I’ve meet, she helped us picked not only the floors but also the tiles for my bathrooms. She helped me from top to bottom. After further consideration, she told me she graduated back in her country with an engineering degree, she helped all my flooring and my tiles match and make the style I wanted. If I was the boss, I would definitely think about giving her a raise then amount of time we spent with her today and the amount of patient she had was amazing! “Omg I stumbled upon this little gem by accident while walking through Savannah today. All sorts of little treasures on every shelf! It's like traveling around the world in one little store. The gentleman who runs it( probably the owner) is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help without hovering. This is not one of those tourist t shirts places this is the place to go for a unique token you can display in your home that will be sure to have your guest asking where you found it while also bringing up fond memories of your trip.”

“My visit to this location was fantastic and my high quality experience was attributed to its staff. I was helped immediately and told of all the deals going on in the locale by a guy named Austin, super helpful guy! I was impressed to find out he styled the mannequins as well, they weren’t your average retail store display mannequins it really felt like he put effort and a step above what most retail stores would do. Mind you this was a busy weekend and this employee went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and optimize sales while organizing. 10/10 experience and I felt this person should be shouted out”
“Very cute small business shop that supports local artists and environment friendly practices and products. The shop owner is wonderful and very knowledgeable about the different products she offers and techniques that go into that hand-made goods her shop is known for. I purchased some beautiful earrings crafted by local artists as well as some lovely lotion bars (which she can teach you how to make in addition to soaps and scrubs!). I was visiting from out of town and am already planning what to buy next from her website (for myself and loved ones during the holiday season!). Skip the shops that are tourist traps and shop here for some awesome hand-made goods by a local business owner! :)”

“Lives up to its motto, "coolest store in Savannah". Labeled a "Design" store, they carry all sorts of eclectic decor and furniture. From retro light fixtures to furniture made of vintage airplane doors and wings. On the pricey side, but you won't find a collection like this anywhere else in town. Fun to browse, and we even made a small purchase.”

“A very relevant building in the history of the creation of SCAD, talked about in a very entertaining way, with animations, technology, use of lights, videos, which show in a very didactic way the steps that led Paula Wallace and her parents to founding such an important University that seeks to develop the professional capabilities of creativity in all its branches, if you are thinking about studying or sending your children to study at SCAD, it is well worth it to enter the building and take the Tour, reservations are required. Additionally, it has a souvenir shop with many very creative details from the University.”

“Ross on Abercorn is my ultimate favorite place to shop, but my last trip there was by far the best! The lady who was running the fitting room chatted me up and actually helped me pick out dresses using her own expertise. She was super friendly and attentive and not just with me—but with everyone she spoke to. She treated all of us like old friends. You never see that level of customer service anymore, and I wish I could remember her name, but I did make sure to tell her supervisor to give her a raise!! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because—without fail—every time we go in there, there’s an alarm going off and no one trying to fix it. But the inventory, prices, and customer service are more than enough to offset the minor irritation and I will continue to recommend this location to anyone and everyone!”
“I have a teenage daughter. She likes baggy clothes and vinyl recorders so this place is a good one stop shop for me. I spoke with a guy on the floor (sorry I forgot his name) and he was very helpful in showing me where clothes that would fit my girls' size and style were in the store. The checkout manager was also very friendly and helpful, letting me know about what was needed if it wasn't a good fit and how much time I would have to exchange or return an item. It's nice to see that good customer service lives on.”
