Most days the staff has been nice and do a good job greeting us when we enter and walk around to check to see if we need assistance. This review is mainly for Charlotte from the design center. She did an awesome job helping us picking out coordinating items to finish a project. She was kind and patient especially when my children were having a moment. Instead of being annoyed, she was kind and gave them coloring books and crayons to keep them entertained. That spoke volumes to me. She was also very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions! One project down, a few more to go. So, I'd definitely return.”

“I was referred to Ferguson by my wife. I was greeted by Jen Fowler as soon as I walked in. She was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. She was very patient and easy to talk to. I had one question that she wasn't sure about but asked Jessica and she helped out also.My order got changed the next morning from January this week to March. I went back to Ferguson and informed them about the changes and Jen went straight to work to find out why.We had to change around a few items but Jen made a few calls and got my new order back on track with the same delivery time as the other order.Thank you Jen for everything. Please ask for Jen and I'm sure you will not leave disappointed.”
