Exceptional customer service! Francis helped my husband and I. She went above and beyond are expectations. In addition to helping us find the perfect pair of frames, she also helped us solve an issue with HR, that prevented us from getting glasses. Thankful for everyone at this location! I had such an amazing experience. The minute I walked in the door, Dr. Richard was so amazing and friendly. And every employee on the floor showed so much care and professionalism! 10/10 would recommend LensCrafters Oglethorpe Mall!!!

This is far by the best optical store I have been to. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Jackson is amazing! A big shout out to Briana Taylor, she is VERY good at her job and very personable! Thank you all!!
