“I normally don’t write reviews for these types of businesses, but after 50+ visits here, I figured they deserved one. As an Amazon shopaholic, I’ve had my fair share of misses, so naturally I end up returning quite a few packages. I’ve actually been coming to this location since before Kenny and his wife took over, and back then the service was so abysmally slow that I started driving out of my way to the UPS Store on DeRenne just to get my returns done. Eventually I came back here and immediately noticed how much quicker and more efficient everything had gotten. One day I finally asked what changed, and that’s when I found out Kenny and his wife had taken over. The staff is consistently helpful and sweet, there are always plenty of employees working, and even when there’s a line, it moves ridiculously fast. They’ve also added an Amazon return kiosk for when it gets busy. Funny enough, I’ll start using the kiosk because the employee line looks long, and by the time I’m 80% through my returns, I look over and the entire line is already gone. The first time I asked Kenny his name, he told me “Kenny the Great,” and after 50+ visits, I have to say the nickname adds up. Kenny and his wife have turned this store into such a genuinely warm and wholesome little part of the community. Phenomenal service, great people, and a place I’m always happy to come back to. Highly recommend stopping in and saying hi to Kenny the Great.”

Sherry responded so quickly and suggested we go with an expedited shipping option. Once we placed the order, she communicated with the warehouse, and they were able to get our order out that same day. Because of their fast and efficient processing, they determined that a cheaper shipping option was going to work for us, so Sherry refunded the difference between what we paid and the cheaper shipping option. “To whom it may concern, Please ensure you publicly acknowledge and increase their pay for your employees Brooke and Gabe at FedEx Office | Store #2049 | 5 W Broughton Street, Ste B, Savannah, GA 31401-3366 | I ran into a situation where the I created an online order, was to have it locally delivered, but the third party you use to deliver local deliveries lied twice to your employees regarding drop off. Needless to say I would rather highlight how Brooke and Gabe both took the time to keep communication lines open and offered a solution to an otherwise unpleasant order fulfillment. This type of "true" customer service is rate now a days and should be commended as this is the only reason why customers will stay with companies are because of people like this who represent your brand! “I’ve been here a few times for some products but I want to highlight Jay. Not sure if that’s an initial or not. However, Jay helped me with an iPostal1 shipping inquiry.
Previously, I’ve had troubles with getting things shipped or mailed to me in Puerto Rico from the states due to miscommunication and hiccups in the system.
Jay answered, looked in depth into my request to make sure my item would be shipped to me. And this was a debit card so it was VERY important and time sensitive.
She looked up the shipping request WHILE ON THE PHONE with me, and confirmed it. She then acknowledged the request in the system and said she would call back no matter what as soon as an action was taken in the system.
She called me just now, only about an hours or so later and confirmed the shipping with USPS and said they’re just waiting for USPS to pick it up.
After my previous issues with this whole shipment process and the disappointment I had in it, this help that I’ve received from Jay had re-mended my confidence in both iPostal1 and Staples. What an impact.
