The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and provided great service. They actually exceeded my expectations.

I have been a customer with T Mobile for over 20 years and NEVER have I been talked to in such a manner as I was today! The rep was sorude and his attitude was so disrespectful! Only giving a 1star because I have to to record this review!

They didn’t want to help me with my services…telling me to call a number ???♂️ that’s why i came to the store so you can help me out not tell me to call a number.
