“The staff were helpful & friendly with scheduling & updating me on the status of my vehicle. I would have given five stars; however, there were two issues. The first issue was the long wait checking out. The second issue was the water sprayed on my vehicle to find a leak was not wiped off. Dried water spots were everywhere. I disliked the water spots more than the extended wait checking out. The vehicle was not brought in with water spots; therefore, I should not have left with any water spots on a black vehicle.”
