Big shout out to Chad ! Awesome customer service , funny jokes and a just a great experience. First time applying for a passport which can be pretty overwhelming , he made the process very easy. Give Chad a raise !

So helpful and nice and even processed my passport on a Saturday when they were understaffed and bore doing walk ins.

Why do they not staff this location better? It’s the best one honestly, but they are leaning too hard on a single employee working the desk. Not fair to them or us.
