“Thank you to the ladies who work at this post office. You all are so kind and sweet every time I come to visit. Mary, you are so awesome and I love your poster board you did for Black History Month. Best post office in Savannah!”
“Sure, sometimes these ladies have an attitude. Wouldn’t you? ;) I actually love this place, and if you are very nice to the staff they will be nice to you, too.”
“Always friendly at the counter. It's hit or miss with waiting just like any USPS. I confirmed the hours with the clerk as I have seen a few requests for those asking about the hours.”
“Long line inside like some of the other reviews stated, but the self service kiosk in the lobby was great! In and out in 1-2 min and was able to buy the stamps I came in for.”
“I’ve never had a bad experience here and am surprised the ratings are so low. What are people expecting from a post office? As long I’m getting helped relatively quickly, I’m good.”
“Great Service keep doing the right thing. I'm a collector of Black Heritage stamps and was told by my carrier that the post office on Bay and Fahm would have them. I made my request for the stamps and "zippo" I was in and out.”
