And between her and another lady employee, they placed the parcel in my car!!!???!!! Talk about going above and beyond. And it's not just these few occasions. Stephanie, during the last few years has consistently provided excellent customer service and care.. all with a smile and a great sense of humor. I hope this reaches the Post Master General. My favorite mail lady needs recognition for her excellent, exemplary service!!!”

“Great Service keep doing the right thing. I'm a collector of Black Heritage stamps and was told by my carrier that the post office on Bay and Fahm would have them. I made my request for the stamps and "zippo" I was in and out.”
