they didn't deliver my package for whatever reason and said I could pick it up at their office, then when I went to pick it up from their office they said it was mixed up with all the other packages in the truck to be redelivered and I couldn't get it.

Why is the lobby for prestamped mailing and PO BOX access closed/locked when the hours on the door indicate 24h access? 👎

I understand that sometimes we have bad days and may/may not enjoy our jobs, but my experience with some of the staff was nothing short of disgraceful. If no one wants to respond to questions, please post an FAQ and spare us the attitudes.
