About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experience. The counter staff are generally friendly and helpful, but the self-service area and package drop-off after hours can be problematic, with issues like a non-functioning package drop-off portal. Delivery can also be hit or miss, with some customers reporting packages marked as delivered when they're not. However, the staff are described as friendly, efficient, and willing to help when customers call or visit the local branch. Overall, the postal service seems to provide a mix of positive and negative experiences for its customers.
