What impressed me most was the personal care and attention he gave to each and every customer. He took the time to be informative, patient, and genuinely kind, making sure everyone felt heard and helped. It was incredible to watch people come in clearly stressed or upset and walk out smiling simply because they interacted with him.

It took me a little while to write this review, but I finally made it — and I couldn’t let the chance pass without sharing my amazing experience at The UPS Store in Toco Hills.
I walked in just to make a few prints… and walked out happy, grateful, and honestly blown away! ? All thanks to Kiesha, who gave me a level of personalized service that’s incredibly rare to find these days.
She didn’t just care about what I needed — she actually helped me enhance the look and feel of my prints ??️, paying attention to every little detail. Her kindness, her energy, her passion for what she does… everything was a 1000 out of 10! ?

“Working with Clash was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. My company came into Atlanta to conduct research at a conference and we needed to print foam core boards that we could pick up in store. I gave Clash a call about 2 weeks in advance to see if they were a good fit. I received excellent customer service over the phone and my questions were answered thoroughly (unfortunately I don't remember the name of the person spoke to, but you were great)! When it came time to place our orders, I worked with Alissa who was fantastic and took extra special care of our orders. She sent me proofs in a timely manner and had an excellent response time. We picked up those orders a couple of days before the event and had no complaints. The day before our event, we needed to use their same day services to print a colex cut foam core board. I was worried that it wouldn't be done in the same day, but it was! My entire team was impressed with the quality of the boards and I was thrilled with my experience. Some of our orders had very specific needs and Clash handled them with ease. We will keep Clash in mind should we need printing services in the Atlanta again.”

“I don’t know where the original crew is (Eddy and the usual gang) BUT PLEASE BRING THEM BACK ASAP!!!!
These newbies aren’t cutting it for a high volume location! The store looks like a circus. They aren’t efficient in servicing guest timely or with accuracy! The old crew gave excellent, skillful and timely service that while ensuring customer care!
Edited and Update: after learning the store expansion to a new location and having to divide the dynamic team between both stores, I must say they are working hard to regain their proficiency with delivering great service while working in some of the newbies. Overall this location is still my favorite.”

“Presentech is an amazing print service. They helped me with a window graphic and wallpaper project. Not only did they print my window graphics on premium window perf, they did a printed sample first and they installed it for me. On top of that I needed wallpaper done and they printed and installed it. I was worried at first but Amanda helped me understand the process and met all my deadlines... I'm very happy with the whole project from beginning to end. When I called presentech I was unsure what exactly I wanted and Amanda helped me figure out I didn't need a banner to hang in my window, instead she recommended the window perf. It's professional, neat and clean.. they only accept orders online but they do have a lobby with a few banners and print items. I would call and set up a time to meet with one of the sales members to get a better feel of what you need.. but I'm telling you once you call you'll feel like you've gotten so much done and a weight lifted off you.. I sure did.. my wallpaper looks great. I've ordered from presentech multiple times now and they always got what I need... Parking is free. They deliver locally in atlanta, and they ship everywhere.. they offer other stuff too.. like backdrops, banners, and tradeshow displays.. if you have a business and need printing you need to call them. Ask for amanda or chris.. they are both great”

One time I showed up at the door with my hands full and one of the guys saw me coming and came over to open the door for me! I do agree with others that they need better signage. The first time I went I, too, thought they were no longer there and almost left before getting out and exploring storefronts more closely.”
