“Robert and his crew did a fantastic job. They cut off a dangling tree limb and cleared up a large amount of tree debris when another branch fell. Extra: they trimmed branches which were touching the roof, and others on front-yard trees. Put my broken mailbox back together! Robert said he wanted to keep his crew busy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RPG TREES! Reasonable prices too$$”

“I went into the store without completely preparing the package to be shipped. The executive first helped me get an estimated cost to ship it to my destination. I then was guided to select the appropriate envelope for my package and also helped by the executive to seal it for me. Overall it was a seamless experience with the shipping process and I would recommend everyone to use their services.”

“Had to ship out several awkwardly shaped, delicate family heirlooms after family passed, was dreading having to get it all handled. Mohammad was able to give me a quick understanding of how expensive this job would be and gave me a call a few hours once it was done so I didn't have to waste time sitting at the store. Packing was A+, everything was done very tightly packed and properly buffered. Absolutely wonderful customer service, I have no fears my items will make it without damage. Mohammed even stayed over an hour late to make sure everything looked good to us and helped us get the best price possible, unbelievable customer service in this day and age. Have no fears sending complicated shipping jobs Mohammad's way!”

They found a way to track down the package and then provided me with several different ways to document the exact dates it was sent and received. I rarely get service like this with shipping companies. 10/10”

I have also used their shipping services and was also provided with fast and efficient service. I have purchased all our office supplies from here and always find good sales. “Wow! The service I received at this location from Shay and Brooke was exceptional! I went into this location which is located in the HUB / Hyatt hotel (Atlanta) and I was eagerly greeted by two ladies. I was a bit frazzled and needed help with printing images and shipping my packages! I can’t believe the service and the quality that was provided! They instantly put me at ease and made sure I was happy with the images that I needed to send out. There are quite a few fed ex locations on peachtree but this location at the Hyatt will be my go to because of the service provided thanks to Shay and Brooke. So grateful for their help and service today!”

“I like this store because it’s convenient for me. I return Amazon packages here all the time with zero issues and they ship out same day delivery to an Amazon fulfillment center. I drop regular packages here all the time too and they get shipped out from the store same day. Every UPS store charges $3 and some change to print out something when you email it to their email address. I’ve went to 3 different ones, and they all charge under $4, which isn’t an issue cause that’s pretty cheap. I gave 4 stars cause some days the black lady with the glasses do have an attitude. But other than that, I like this place.”
