For the most part I've always had polite service from the normal delivery driver but when "others" deliver packages they never put them on the porch. Sometimes they place them on the steps where they get wet from rain and today they even left the packages in the YARD 30 feet from the house!

Called before leaving the house, to see if someone was able to bring the oversized packages to my vehicle; since I have a 7month old & almost 5yr old & I will not leave them in the vehicle. The lady, said to call her & she will bring them right out. Best service.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Horrible customer service with delivery inquiries or any transaction. It is really sad because with this being such a small town you would think they would not have so many issues but it's worse than postal service in many bigger cities. If there was an alternative to mail service I would highly recommend and if you need to send a package use anywhere but here!

Keep charging the recipient of the package and this is the second time. I paid for postage for a shipment and the post office is adding more charges. Is this a type of scam at this post office? Waiting to speak to the manager and postal attorney general.

I was surprised seeing someone left a 1 star review, so much that I had to come back and write my own... the lady I dealt with was super friendly and personable with me and everyone else that walked in the door. Best post office experience I've actually ever had.

2 minutes ago-EditDelivers mail everywhere except the correct address- Then when you call they deny wrong doing- packages delivered sames day Currier sates left on porch on one package and left in mailbox on 2nd package ... mailbox package was never received. I called down to the office and they have the Currier call me and she argues that she gave me the packages... when i ask " why did you log that you left it in the mailbox?" Well, she calls me back only to admit she left my package at someones house down the road- If this was a single incident i wouldn't be so concerned... but this happens often... very often. Poor Amazon should make a claim against the Screven Post Office- They are constantly paying claims for non delivery of items.. Is she really delivering to other properties in error or is she taking the items home??? No one should be allowed to make repeated mistakes of this magnitude without answering to someone ... if there needs to be a official complaint made so the entire department has some answering to do...eventually the cost of replacing these items will fall back on the consumers (you and I)... unacceptable management in my opinion
