Her team members welcomed me and everyone that came in after me with a smile into the store. They are always so helpful.”

My husband had to get passport pictures and went to Walgreens first where they were overwhelmed with the task and told him the system was down. “Amazing staff. They now know who I am and what PO box is mine and will go in the back and grab all my boxes for me. Their is one young guy oh I wish I knew his name. He jokes with me and he sometimes offers to take my boxes to the car for me if they are to big or are heavy. Definitely recommend them. I will be there 5 minutes early and they will let me in to get packages.”
“This facility has always been fast and friendly for shipping back my Amazon returns. They are pre-labeled and ready to go when I take them in. They don’t offer a receipt though.”

“This UPS store offers the best customer service and guest experience that I have come across in quite some time. They take their time with each guest and make sure everything is correct. I’d drive out of my way to use this store specifically even if it wasn’t the closest just because of the staff.”
