This Publix store manager was on top of the stormy weather sell out. I was really impressed to find ALL of the items that I searched for at this store.”

“I want to give a huge shout out to Kedron Kroger. Their customer service and care for their patients. My child's Dr sent in the incorrect strength of a medication and insurance will not cover that strength. The pharmacy text me letting know there would be a charge of they filled it, to please contact them. I called and the tech I spoke to was so caring and understanding. She assured me she would contact the Dr and have everything corrected. I got a text today stating prescription was ready and cost is $0. I have never experienced this level at any other Pharmacy. Thank you for always fighting for your customers @Kedron Kroger! I will forever be grateful for all you do for your patience. (This isn't isn't first time they have done all they can to help me in particular.)”

“I’ve been using this Pharmacy primarily for 5 years now and the folks here have been consistently kind, patient, and helpful. Yesterday, however, they went beyond the typical. I was in a bind and had very little time. They listened as I explained my situation and they filled my prescriptions in 10 minutes and got me out of there. They didn’t see “just another customer.” They saw a person who needed help and rose to the occasion with yet more patience and kindness. I am so grateful for these folks and their willingness to help me.”

“My son's prescription didn't make it over from a telehealth doctor, but the pharmacists did everything they could to help me track it down, making calls to other pharmacies and to the doctor. As a desperate mom with a violently ill toddler at home, this was an absolute blessing. In my mild (sleep deprived) panic, I didn't catch the names of the associates who helped me, but I'm so grateful for them!”

“The service was so good, I felt like we were in a commercial for Publix pharmacy. Molly offered to search for discount sites to find the best price for my medication which dropped the price to less than half of my insurance’s rate. I said I would like to figure out how to switch my CVS prescription to Publix, she said she could do it for me. I wished out loud that my two or prescriptions were filled at the same time each quarter so I could pick them up together, even though the time intervals were off, she had a solution for that too! Amazing Customer Service, thank you!”

“BRANDON FROM THE PEACHTREE CITY GA PHARMACY IS SUCH A CARING, CALM, PROFESSIONAL HUMAN BEING. HE WAS SO SYMPATHETIC, APATHETIC, AND GENUINE. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE MADE A MISTAKE, AND BRANDON WAS SO HELPFUL IN HELPING ME UNTIL I CAN GET BACK ON THE PHONE WITH THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE. “I don’t know what’s going on with these reviews. I have been a long standing Walgreens customer, but things have gotten really bad for awhile and I tried Publix, but one of my meds was really expensive there. I price compared and Kroger was cheapest, so came here. My experience here today with pharmacist Windy and another lady at pick up were phenomenal compared to what I’ve gone through at other two pharmacies recently. And another gentleman behind counter said hello. I don’t even get greeted really at other pharmacies anymore. They were slammed, but she treated with me care and got my med in same day since I had been without them for some time due to the other pharmacy issues. I can’t say enough good things about how kind and wonderful she was and how good this experience was. Will be back.”
