The pharmacy at Kroger at Banks Station is the only pharmacy that I have interacted with in those 18 years that has put patient care front and center. The staff is caring and prompt and I never feel that I am bothering them when I have a question or concern. Concerns are immediately resolved as possible. I am so thankful that we transferred our families's prescriptions to this pharmacy.”

“I will always visit this Walgreens.
I was sick as a dog I'm just getting out of Piedmont hospital I had to stop and pick up some medications from this particular Walgreens.
The customer representative working in the pharmacy that day by the name of SHAY so friendly and she had an inviting a contagious smile. I wasn't feeling my best but she was so poised with Grace that I feel better before taking medication. SHAY made sure that I had everything I needed even my discounts on medication. She insured that my medicines were correct ? and everything she stated was with a smile?

“I came in to print off photo enlargements for my daughter’s birthday. My vision was the print out the pictures and get them on foam boards so that I’m able to make props . I couldn’t have made that vision come true without the help and patience of Shamir.
From the time I walked in with a million questions until the time I paid, he was a model Manager. He answered my questions , he didn’t get annoyed . He made suggestions , but didn’t push or rush me. I literally have not experienced customer service like this IN A LONG TIME!
He even honored my online discount. He knew how much this meant to me for my daughter and he really went above and beyond to help me.

“They take Medicaid here. Very cool nice ladies were so caring and sympathetic to me after I explained that I need my antibiotic immediately. They did not keep me waiting since I had to skip a dose the night before after the stupid pharmacy at the Wellstar Kennestone ER rejected my Medicaid when I needed my antibiotic very badly.”
“The woman at the pharmacy I talked to on the phone and when I arrived were very friendly and polite and professional. I know many of the reviews on here are 6 months old now and were not positive, but for anyone reading this please believe me that the staff has changed and improved.”
