The pharmacy at Kroger at Banks Station is the only pharmacy that I have interacted with in those 18 years that has put patient care front and center. The staff is caring and prompt and I never feel that I am bothering them when I have a question or concern. Concerns are immediately resolved as possible. I am so thankful that we transferred our families's prescriptions to this pharmacy.”

From the time I walked in with a million questions until the time I paid, he was a model Manager. He answered my questions , he didn’t get annoyed . He made suggestions , but didn’t push or rush me. I literally have not experienced customer service like this IN A LONG TIME!
He even honored my online discount. He knew how much this meant to me for my daughter and he really went above and beyond to help me.

“They take Medicaid here. Very cool nice ladies were so caring and sympathetic to me after I explained that I need my antibiotic immediately. They did not keep me waiting since I had to skip a dose the night before after the stupid pharmacy at the Wellstar Kennestone ER rejected my Medicaid when I needed my antibiotic very badly.”
