“We were on vacation in Florida when a rock hit our windshield. Our insurance company recommended Glass America, unfortunately in Florida they were not able to accommodate our car since it needed to be calibrated being a 2021 Palisades calligraphy. However they did recommend and reschedule our appointment in our hometown in Georgia. They were extremely helpful they answered all our questions and addressed all of our concerns, the workmanship of Glass America was outstanding. The job was completed in less than 3 hours. “Last review was for the windshield. In less than a week my rear slider (pickup truck) got smashed. It's an older model so Dave had to search for a replacement, and while he did my truck was open to the elements. He came by on the day I called to put some thick plastic wrap over the missing pane, then came back a day or two later, once he located a replacement piece. Great service!”
“Best in town. Although I wish they brought back the cleaning spray bottles.. what's the point of a car wash with self service vacuum if you can't fully clean the inside.. they only have window cleaner dispensers which seem really cheap.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Gerber Collision on 14 J Walter Way in Tyrone/Sharpsburg, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately eased the stress of dealing with collision repairs.
Their customer service was truly above and beyond. What stood out most was that I initially feared there might be hidden or extra charges, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. In fact, I was only charged for the work that was actually needed, and they even reduced the total because some repairs turned out not to be necessary. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it gave me tremendous peace of mind.
The work itself was both fast and excellent. The repairs were done so well that it’s as if the damage never happened at all—my vehicle looks brand new again. The turnaround was much quicker than I expected, and the quality of craftsmanship was top-notch.
Hopefully, I won’t have the need to visit a collision center again anytime soon, but if I ever do, Gerber Collision here will absolutely be my first choice. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family as well.”
