“I was on the fence on whether or not to do four stars or five, but this was my first time getting my tires replaced so I don’t really have a frame of reference to base my experience on other than my expectations. If you’re considering bringing your car here to get new tires on, please be mindful that it will take a lot longer than you think. I stayed in the waiting area my whole service, and from the time I walked in to the time I checkout out it was three-and-a-half hours. From what I read online k was expecting maybe and hour or two. I had an appointment and reserved tires on their website, but when I arrived they said they didn’t have the tires I had reserved so I had to choose something different. I’m not sure if this had any effect on the service time.
I only spoke with two staff members and they were both lovely and professional. I do wish they had some manner of system to tell you an ETA, even if it was broad, as I didn’t want to pester the staff when it likely wasn’t something they had control over.
Overall, good spot with fair pricing compared to other places I had called. Next time I come, I’ll bring a fully charged phone and a more entertaining book! Or better yet, send my boyfriend to deal with the wait 😂

“Been getting tires mounted here for years. They are friendly, service is super fast. I had a set of tires mounted there a couple of days ago and it only took about 15 minutes. In total I was there for about 25 minutes. And the cost was about $6 cheaper than other places.”

I was told it could be about two hrs before it could be done because there was only one lab tech and appointments needed to be addressed first. Completely understandable but due to a late appointment he was able to squeeze me in about 45 mins. Great service. I’ll be back.”
