side note: i did have to revisit due to certain techs lacking attention to detail and forgetting center caps, sensor caps, and steering wheel alignment centering, but they got it fixed the day after.”

“Follow up review. Initial review was a 5. And then I posted again because no one returned my calls over a 10 day period when I wanted to report that the repair only lasted 5 days. Update- This morning there was a voicemail on my phone from A&H. They had phone system and personnel issues and changes last month and my messages and calls fell through the cracks. I have been away for a while but the message explaining the issue was on my phone when I returned and I will reach out. So glad that they weren’t ghosting me and ignoring my calls. So fingers crossed.”

I recently purchased four new tires for our heavily used family Honda CR-V. The pricing was noticeably better than any major chain I checked, which is exactly what keeps a business like this thriving. The facility was clean, and there were plenty of staff on hand. I only waited about 15 minutes in line before being helped.
The one issue I experienced was that a rookie technician failed to reset the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensors. I had to turn around after driving just three miles and return to the store to get it corrected. Additionally, I was never offered wiper blade replacement, even though they carry them and the service is available. It seems the technicians may not be fully familiar with all the add-on services or pricing, or they simply aren’t proactive about offering them.
Pro tip: Book your appointment online ahead of time to skip the walk-in wait. Also plan on spending 2–3 hours for the entire visit to keep things stress-free.
Overall, I’d still recommend this location for tires thanks to the competitive prices and solid service.”
