Started therapy 1 week after shoulder surgery. Stephen and the team were very thorough and explained every step of the therapy plan. I would definitely recommend people to go see them for recovery.

My HEARTFELT thanks to my Therapist Steven Hightshue, he was EXCEPTIONAL and Very Motivating . He is extremely skilled in making an extremely traumatic physical workout doable over time. I feel 100% better than when I started.The admins were always smiling and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience! Thank you!

I went to Benchmark for my knees which both had torn ACLs which happened many years ago. Yumi and Stephen worked with me over 2 & 1/2 months and it really made a difference. Not only did they teach me what exercises I needed to do but they truly cared about me and getting my knees better. A big thank you two those two!!
