They are excellent with customer service and took the time to help me choose the right combination for long-term use. My friend is super happy with the system they built. I can't imagine ever buying a new PC and getting one serviced anyplace else but GIM.”

From there, The Geek Squad employee helped me by placing the batteries in my Fob the correct way, and it is now operating.”
