CVS has friendly and helpful staff. The manager goes out of his way to assist customers. The pharmacy is very kind and helpful, with amazing coworkers. Cashiers are quick to open new lines and remain friendly even when busy. While one location had a long prescription wait time, another was super busy but still had the prescription ready quickly. Customers report great visits and great experiences with this business.
There is a very rude and dismissive person called Jose at the register. The worse part is that his name tag said 'management'. How unfortunate for this store and anyone who has to encounter him. He was even extremely rude to his fellow coworkers.

You are going to tell me my scrip is ready by 8pm tonight but you close at 8?? Poor communication and bad hours.

The pharmacy is understaffed and the workers are slow and unhelpful. Every interaction has been miserable.
