“The pharmacy at Target is exceptional. The staff is helpful, friendly, and patient. They even allowed me to pick up my order at the very last minute before closing. They are upbeat and kind, especially to those who need a little extra help. I have received exceptional service over the past two years, visiting at least once a month. Although I was offered the option to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens, which is closer to my home, I chose not to because of the care I received from the pharmacists. They are patient, kind, and always willing to answer questions and explain everything clearly.”

“I’ve never had an issue with anyone at the pharmacy. I always treat them with respect as they treat me with respect. I went to CVS for a month and came right back because of the customer service here versus the lack of people skills at CVS. As a minority myself, I can’t say I’ve had the problems others allegedly experienced. It hasn’t always been perfect but they are more consistent than other pharmacies I’ve been to. I guess people expect perfection and to be catered to from everyone, if not, they drop a bad review. Hezekis and Libby are very knowledgeable and helpful.”

Have your prescription (s) sent electronically. Have your insurance put in the system ahead of time. If it's not ready, shop. M-F for regular scripts. Weekends are a longer wait. ? ?”

I am so elated that I do not have to worry about traveling to another location to have it done or spending more money. “I want to recognize Makayla and Mel (Manager) for providing exceptional customer service during what turned into a very complicated transaction.
Because of an issue with an online order, I ended up making THREE trips to the store while we worked through a cancellation and refund, items I needed to exchange, a refund to a prepaid card I had already discarded, Buy One Get One Free pricing, missing coupons, and differences between how online and in-store purchases could be processed. It seemed like every time we solved one problem, another one popped up!
Through all of it, Makayla and Mel were incredibly patient, friendly, helpful, and determined to find a solution. We actually laughed our way through much of the confusion while they worked through the different options and figured out the best way to complete the transaction. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them.
I’ve had a particularly challenging week, and this experience reminded me how much great customer service can make a difference. After three trips back and forth and a lot of problem-solving, they made sure everything was finally resolved and that I left the store happy.
Makayla and Mel deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond. They turned what could have been an extremely frustrating experience into a positive one, and I truly appreciate them both.”

“I just had the most wonderful experience at this location the store manager is amazing amazingly patient amazingly diligent and really really helped me as I was being the avid crazy couponer that I am also the young gentleman that was working under the store manager this evening who is running the register who is a freshman at KSU as we were speaking is a pure example of the management role and how they are treated and how well the management has it together at that location because that employee was just as helpful and patience and kind and this is not an experience that you or that I get often at other stores especially when jobs are needed and comes or are hard to take care of responsibilities and these people these two gentlemen deserve so much because they the best customer service that I can say that I've had in probably years and that's from any and every retailer company or store that I've entered and exited out of the store needs to be acknowledged that the store manager needs to be acknowledged and the young gentleman on the register needs to be acknowledged this is a phenomenal store great patience well ran and clean thank you”
