“Kylie was persistent and relentless helping our family by contacting two doctors' offices for multiple med prescriptions for our family member and working successfully with those offices (which weren't always cooperative) to get required meds to our family member. Working with Kylie has been a joy. She communicates clearly and supportively. We feel fortunate to have had her in our corner. Curant pill pacs are labeled clearly: date, day of week and time of day. No longer having to keep up with both doctors and pharmacy and constantly sorting pills is a chore that needed to be lifted and is being lifted for our beloved family member.”

“One of the better Publix in the area. They stay stocked with groceries and produce. I wish they would have more local produce to support our local farmers another concern for those who indulge in their baked good section, they all have been mandated to use GMO ingredients. While I am not a fan of this option they still supply modearte options for food and overall healthy choices. Choose wisely, but that should be anywhere you go for food. For the most part I try to select my food ranges on what is grown in the soil, or fresh out the Ocean. Stay healthy Yelo fan.”
“Absolutely lucked into discovering this pharmacy which was conveniently located within Lifestance Therapists & Psychiatrists. The staff there are wonderful and will go above and beyond for their patients. It's a huge bonus to have them attached to a provider I see because the coordination of care and communication is 10's across the board. They work really hard to fight insurance companies for medication that's affordable and are happy to work with the providers to come up with alternative solutions so there's never really stress or discouragement when it comes to mediation management. Pretty sure I'll never go back to the chain pharmacies again if smaller groups like this continue to exist!”

“Typical Walgreens experience happening here. If you aren't familiar, the primary focus is pharmacy/medication and cosmetics. In addition to that they have some supplies of everyday items that range from household to food to electronics .... etc. Prices are high, but you kind of know that coming in. They do have a rewards program (that is free) that gives some pretty good perks if you want to keep up with them. They didn't have what we were looking for, but we had forgotten to bring some waters (for a concert we were going to), so took the opportunity to grab those while we were here. In addition we gots rselves bunchs smrtr cause theys was Smart Waters (Sorry couldn't resist). Probably wouldn't have any reason to be back to this location (nowhere near where we typically are), but if we were we would stop here if we needed something they carry.”

“This CVS has received a great deal of criticism ( on Yelp ) for its revolving door of crass, offensive or hostile employees . Those particular CVS employees do not last long, as most lack the work ethic and people skills to work in any retail environment. However the actual pharmacy professionals that are at the Cooper lake/S.Cobb drive store are absolutely wonderful. The pharmacists and the pharmacy techs are knowledgeable, respectful and lovely people. They remain pleasant and helpful despite having to work with an endless flow of rude,lazy and obnoxious entry-level employees (as well as some of the public.) Being a longtime CVS customer I admire the professional pharmacy staff's ability to do such a good job day after day while surrounded by idiots.”

I was experiencing COVID symptoms and tried to get a PCR done at a different CVS earlier that day, but there were some issues with my insurance (which there always are because it’s through school) and the lady there basically said “sorry, can’t find it. Try somewhere else.” But Kayla took the time to look and actually find my correct insurance. Even though they were fairly busy and my situation was complicated, Kayla remained kind and professional the whole time.”
