I recently had my Rivian R1T repaired at Driven Collision, and overall, I was quite impressed with their service. The communication and transparency throughout the process were stellar; they kept me updated every step of the way, which made a big difference.
My only two complaints, first is the timeline, it took about two months to complete the work. While I understand that quality repairs can take time, it would have been helpful to have a more accurate estimate upfront. Second, is they had my vehicle for two months and gave it back to me with 34% charge. I would have hope being a specialist in EVs, they would have at least charged my vehicle to 90%.
Despite the wait, I appreciate the professionalism and care they put into the repairs. I would definitely recommend Driven Collision for anyone needing vehicle repairs!

My car looks great! We chose Driven Collision because it is an authorized Subaru dealer and because of the great reviews. The staff at Driven Collision are very friendly and we received an email every week with the status of our repair. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company. I would have no concerns using them again. The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the length of time to complete the repairs. The initial emails indicated about 6-8 weeks but there were steps that didn't seem to be included in that estimate. There was a short delay in the arrival of 1 part which is not their fault, of course. Apparently there was a delay with our insurance company at one step that we were not made aware of until after it was resolved. We would have like to have known that in order to put a little bit of pressure on insurance from our side. But again - would definitely go back!

Always an amazing experience working with driven collision. I’ve unfortunately have had two car accidents and they have done an outstanding job. My tesla model 3 looks brand new. Really recommend it. Very honest people.

Driven Collision did a great job repairing my Lucid Air after a rear end collision. Jordan was communicative and proactive, informing me about the status of my repair on a regular basis, ultimately, they delivered my car completely repaired and cleaned up also. Would def recommend for any vehicle repair, especially Lucid!

Jordan and Morgan were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my vehicle repair! I received email updates for every stage of the repair and I really appreciated their great communication. I also had peace of mind knowing my vehicle was stored safely behind a fence, and not sitting in an open lot. Their team also did a fantastic job on the repair (the car looks brand new again!) and I had no issues with anything in my vehicle. They also kindly detailed the inside my car after the repair. I would definitely return to Driven Collision if I need any future repairs!

Absolutely amazing customer service! They were working on my 2018 mustang and they provided details every step of the way while providing premier service. They gave me updates through email and were willing to answer any questions I had when I called. Jordan at Driven collision was especially helpful. He personally sought to make the bad experience of a wrecked car into a great experience. His customer service showed the passion he has for his job and company. On top of everything, they did a full interior and exterior detail on my car. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
