My most recent interaction was with Tina of that group. She helped navigated a problem I was having with one of my contracts and their payout of RMDs. Not only did she resolve the situation but she also followed up with status updates. Additionally, she spent time explaining some misconceptions I had with the annual contract reviews with my advisor. Her explanations were succinct and her attitude was positive and professional. The very generous and kind woman at the front desk, Gladys, took my mixed bundle of staples and papers and pulled out and made copies of exactly what I would need and where to sign and then, even put it all in an envelope and double checked I’d know where to send them. And then just said I was good, no charges necessary.
