The lady in customer service today name Consuela I feel does not understand her job when it comes to customer service and refusing to return bad food that have barcodes and with original packaging that customers as myself had purchased a couple of days ago for the holiday at this Kroger's store.

Great selection of produce but no matter what time you go, day or night, weekend or weekday, there are only 1 or 2 lanes open and the expectation seems to be that everyone in this very busy grocery store do self-checkout.
