This Kroger is terrible. They are always out of products or their equipment is broken and can’t do things like slice deli meats. The store is unorganized and it is not easy to find items, the workers are unfriendly, and the store just has a grimy feel to it. I wish they would shutter this location and build a new Kroger with better management.

Employees are not happy to serve you. Their attitude is really rude towards people.

All year in 2023 this store had a rat infection they was selling contaminated food. I saw small bites in an an unopened loaf of bread and brought it to the manager’s attention and he put it back on the shelf. You’re greeted with attitudes and that’s not my job. I’m trying to figure out when they going to close this store for good?

I saw a dog in the buggy the other day and I thought that was wild! Do you guys sanitize the buggy’s after use? Nobody wants to purchase food here and end up choosing the wrong buggy. I have nothing against animals but they do belong outside the grocery store at home or tied up to something until the owner comes out. I just thought that was disgusting. Publix been stopped that and you guys should do the same??♀️

I entered the store to purchase some flowers that were on sale, but when I went to purchase more than one the florist called the manager and changed the price right in front of me on his tablet. Telling me the sale wasn’t valid but there were signs everywhere with the sale price both in store and online! I even pulled up the price on my phone. The manager then says he can only sell me one at the sale price. So, I decided to visit another Kroger near by and to my surprise, the sale price was still valid! The florist at this Kroger even told me the flowers were still on sale until tomorrow. So I purchased them from the other Kroger instead. Their flowers were much more bloomed anyway.

It's 630a on a Friday and the last thing I want to do, is go to Kroger to get pet food . But hey I'm lazy and after being in traffic yesterday... I got up early and went to Kroger. I walk in grumbling to myself and Ms. Carolyn greeted me with a smile that could light a thousand skies and was so pleasant I forgot I was in a bad mood. Not only was she courteous but helpful as well. My cart was over flowing with dog food, cat food, toilet paper, etc. Carolyn saw this and without missing a beat, she got another cart for me. Thank you Ms. Carolyn for helping a lazy chick out and bringing a smile to my face. I appreciate it more than you know.

Store employees are nice enough. But this Kroger is ALW short on products….ALWAYS. Basic food items are always in shortage. And many shelves are nearly empty or completely empty. And to make matters worse, the packages of going bad fresh meat that’s on sale, is always brownish in appearance. Why even allow customers to buy it if the meat is borderline rotting? And then today, they had the Large packages of Heritage Farms raw chicken wings on sale. When I looked at them, each one had the “sell by” date already pass. Some poor unassuming customer might have picked these up, not even knowing that the meat was likely spoiled! That is horrible!I hate this Kroger truly. I’m constantly having to travel to another Kroger just go get basic items, and to get ones that are fresh. This is shameful.Whoever the manager of this store should be held accountable for this.

Terrible. All the time. Produce is ALWAYS moldy and mis-priced. Watch your receipt. Store is always empty but somehow always has boxes everywhere. But inconveniently never with the items you need. Don’t expect to catch any of the weekend deals here either. You will never find them. Management is POOR as is the customer service. Only 2 people who ACTUALLY help is Ron and Michael. This location should change management as they clearly can’t handle this store “with years of experience” in that store. Tragic. Avoid it and go to the S Cobb location instead.

WARNING! I just saw on the Atlanta News First that this location was infested with rats. There was a trailer with merchandise left behind and attracted rats. The inspector issued a Stop-Sale but apparently they are back selling items. I would not purchase for this location for several months as you don't know which items were contaminated. Please be careful.

RATS RATS RATSThis is not a rumor, this is reported by the Georgia Dept of Agriculture. Looking back over the last couple months at the onions I picked through that looked chewed on, the bread I took home with holes in the bag, and the wipes I bought with random jagged tears along the sides- well quite frankly I’m sick. I’ve almost exclusively shopped here for almost two years and I’ve never been particularly fond of the selection or service, but this news has just blown me away. Makes the weird smells on your way up to the rooftop make more sense though. I will never be returning, and urging everyone I know to keep away as well.

Store has went severely downhill from it formerly being a nice store. Now when you go in there, there are empty shelves everywhere, pallets of product always blocking the aisle that has not been put up to the point you can can barely walk down an aisle, much less take a buggy down one.Store is also infested with rats and has been issued a stop-sale order by the GA Dept of Agriculture. Kroger and whomever owns this store needs to get it together and fire every member of purported "management" over this place, including district and regional managers who have let it go on so long and reach this point.

Where are the price tags?!? It's so hard to shop here because you never know what the price actually is. So many things are mislabeled or missing price tags altogether. The aisles were filled with pallets of products. It was nearly impossible to navigate, especially with a toddler in a cart. They put a giant table smack in the middle of the self checkout so you can't get through with a cart. Who makes these decisions?!

Where do I even start? The shelves are empty 98% of the time. This trip there were MULTIPLE aisles filled with pallets of new product waiting to get put out and you couldn’t even walk down them to shop.Meanwhile, the store manager (I know because her photo is at the front door) was chatting with the security guard at the front door like there’s nothing going on but the rent. Super disappointing to see. LEAD BY EXAMPLE!!
