“I use this UPS location fairly frequently and called this morning with a question. I noticed some negative reviews. For the last 5 years, I have regularly sent packages and used Notary services at this location. Every interaction has gone well and every employee I have encountered has been professional and kind. I really appreciate that there is a Notary Public working a good bit of the time. I sometimes don’t think to write a review when everything goes well and as expected.”

“This location provided instructions on how to get to the location because we are not from this city. Additionally, they waited until we arrived in order to help notarize a document which HAD to be filled out that day. We are so thankful that this location was able to assist because good customer service nowadays is hard to come by. Much appreciated.
