“This store 0575 is the ABSOLUTE BEST at being efficient. I frequently use their services to ship items for my e-commerce business.
I've probably used at least 3 other stores in the area and not on can compare to the quality of the service. I don't think I ever spent more than 5 minutes in the store (great thing) because they have everything ready for customers.

“Ms. Carter is truly a gem to this location. I’ve never had a bad or negative experience with her. She’s had some associates who were not csf however, they are no longer around as I can see. I am going to miss this location so dearly, she’s the best example of leadership in a small location (big) establishment. She’s always greeting people and hold conversations, thank you for your wait if the line is long and moves swiftly to accommodate customers. Never a negative experience with her around not with me. However, the customer staff was very attentive, efficient and the manager Carl, did an amazing job of making sure he attended to everyone in line versus waiting for people to come up to the counter. While serving others, he also made sure that the Amazon bins were clear. I haven’t seen good manager on multitasking like that in a long time.”

Regardless of how many individuals are needing assistance with UPS services, this team is always quick and efficient to meet everyone’s needs. I would like to specifically shout out to Tonaya & Peter with whom I have interacted with on several occasions and they both have gone out of their way to be personable and as helpful as possible. Peter has taken the time whenever I return an Amazon package here to ensure I have all of the correct records in case there should be any issue on Amazon’s end involving returns/refunds. Tonaya is always offering spectacular service and is a genuine joy to interact with. I truly find myself in a better mood whenever I have the opportunity to speak with either of them as I feel truly cared for as a customer afterwards, which is extremely noteworthy when all I’m doing is sending out packages - Above and beyond!
In the current state of the world, it’s rare to encounter quality guest service as we, employees and customers alike, are all facing insurmountable stressors & shortages so I deeply appreciate the emphasis that is placed on such an important pillar of business by this team in particular.
