“The staff are always so kind and helpful! Any office need I have, they make it happen. Today, they helped me print an affidavit, take a passport photo, get a notary, and ship out a USPS package. I was in-and-out in 10 minutes! There is another UPS close by that doesn’t come close to this customer service. Highly recommend!”

“This store 0575 is the ABSOLUTE BEST at being efficient. I frequently use their services to ship items for my e-commerce business.
I've probably used at least 3 other stores in the area and not on can compare to the quality of the service. I don't think I ever spent more than 5 minutes in the store (great thing) because they have everything ready for customers.
Any questions? Answered.
Any problems? Solved.

“Eddie helped through the whole process of shipping 2 boxes. He was extremely friendly and accommodating from the get go. He kindly allowed us to take the dolly home overnight so that it would be convenient for us to bring it to the UPS store. He assured us that the cost of our shipping would be within our budget. He took extra care that the boxes were taped appropriately. He took the effort of going to the warehouse and getting us the size we needed. He was fantastic all week! He really made our lives easier! “Ms. Carter is truly a gem to this location. I’ve never had a bad or negative experience with her. She’s had some associates who were not csf however, they are no longer around as I can see. I am going to miss this location so dearly, she’s the best example of leadership in a small location (big) establishment. She’s always greeting people and hold conversations, thank you for your wait if the line is long and moves swiftly to accommodate customers. Never a negative experience with her around not with me. “Cleanest and friendliest UPS store experience within a 10 mile radius. Glad I looked up by zip versus going to the location of habit. Staff of 3 young ladies were very nice, friendly, attentive and fast. If in need of a notary they offer it as a service outside of shipping/returns.”
“I had a complicated, multipart mailing. The manager knew his stuff and was attentive and careful to make sure that everything was put together properly. I was very impressed with the manager's professionalism and excellent customer service.”
“The location was busier than normal. However, the customer staff was very attentive, efficient and the manager Carl, did an amazing job of making sure he attended to everyone in line versus waiting for people to come up to the counter. While serving others, he also made sure that the Amazon bins were clear. I haven’t seen good manager on multitasking like that in a long time.”

My second oversized package experience was shipping food 3 days before Thanksgiving. Joe assured me it will be delivered on Wednesday. “I have had great experiences at this UPS for a variety of things - package drop-off, package shipping, passport photo. The staff are extremely nice and careful and even when I have to wait they do their best to keep the line moving, helping multiple folks at once. My only complaint is how often the UPS trucks block Peachtree Street. Its dangerous for other drivers and bikers and creates the precedent that people can just pull over and block traffic.”

Went in to drop off some Amazon returns, and the staff member (I didn't catch his name, but he was a kind gentleman with a beard) was patient as I pulled up the QR codes and even warned me about some issues he's seen with Amazon returns lately. Encouraged me to take a picture of my receipt just in case, which is going the extra mile to care for the customer. Fantastic service!”
