“Eddie is the best! He should have all the promotions, bonuses, whatever else under the accolades available. There’s a UPS closer to my place, but I come a few more minutes further just to support and get service from his store. He’s just a top tier service provider. I’ve been coming here for like 2-3 years now, so I have a lot of examples of him just being him and being amazing. Give him all the things plz and ty!”

“This store 0575 is the ABSOLUTE BEST at being efficient. I frequently use their services to ship items for my e-commerce business. I've probably used at least 3 other stores in the area and not on can compare to the quality of the service. I don't think I ever spent more than 5 minutes in the store (great thing) because they have everything ready for customers. Any questions? Answered. Any problems? Solved. And it is done quickly. A round of applause. This store is the gold standard for doing good business and doing it well.”

2275 Marietta Boulevard Northwest Ste 270, Atlanta GA 30318
“The location was busier than normal. However, the customer staff was very attentive, efficient and the manager Carl, did an amazing job of making sure he attended to everyone in line versus waiting for people to come up to the counter. While serving others, he also made sure that the Amazon bins were clear. I haven’t seen good manager on multitasking like that in a long time.”

“If you’ve ever had to return anything to Amazon, you’ve been to the UPS store. Most of the time my experience is just “meh” or unpleasant at almost any other location. This is my place. It is locally owned and operated and the employees and ownership are part of the neighborhood. They are super helpful and go above and beyond. I was there today and had another great experience. Thanks guys!”

“Cleanest and friendliest UPS store experience within a 10 mile radius. Glad I looked up by zip versus going to the location of habit. Staff of 3 young ladies were very nice, friendly, attentive and fast. If in need of a notary they offer it as a service outside of shipping/returns.”

3631 Chamblee Tucker Rd Ste A, Atlanta GA 30341
“I specifically use this UPS location because of how wonderful and helpful their staff members are. Regardless of how many individuals are needing assistance with UPS services, this team is always quick and efficient to meet everyone’s needs. I would like to specifically shout out to Tonaya & Peter with whom I have interacted with on several occasions and they both have gone out of their way to be personable and as helpful as possible. Peter has taken the time whenever I return an Amazon package here to ensure I have all of the correct records in case there should be any issue on Amazon’s end involving returns/refunds. Tonaya is always offering spectacular service and is a genuine joy to interact with. I truly find myself in a better mood whenever I have the opportunity to speak with either of them as I feel truly cared for as a customer afterwards, which is extremely noteworthy when all I’m doing is sending out packages - Above and beyond! In the current state of the world, it’s rare to encounter quality guest service as we, employees and customers alike, are all facing insurmountable stressors & shortages so I deeply appreciate the emphasis that is placed on such an important pillar of business by this team in particular. I would highly recommend this location specifically for all of your UPS needs if you are in or around Chamblee.”
