Truist is a business with an amazing team and lovely staff that provides amazing customer service. The staff is extremely personable. The branch is an amazing place. Services include teller services through drive-thru lanes only, with in-person visits by appointment only. Some branches without drive-thru lanes remain open with enhanced sanitization measures. Staff can be helpful with directions and with setting up accounts, leaving no details out about becoming a new member. However, one inconsiderate associate disrupted the flow of service, keeping a customer from getting to work on time. This has led to a loss of trust in the mornings. Despite this, some clients are excited to have an account with Truist.
Truist need to hire a good cleaning company, when you come in the bank it doesn’t smell clean, I recommend air fresheners and also dusting the facility.
