I didn't catch the name of the guy who answered but he was pleasant and reassured me they're open until 6. It's Friday afternoon and this will be my first time at this branch because it's what side of town I'm on today. I heading to the bank now but these reviews had me so worried, hopefully I will have just as a pleasant experience when I arrive there in person.”
