There is a vacant bank building directly behind the mall.”

“We've banked with Wells Fargo for years. Today, we had an issue trying to transfer money using Zell. What a horrible experience that was. Zell is a mess. BUT, the highlight was speaking with a Branch Manager, named Dean Price, at the Atlanta Road branch in Smyrna, Georgia. Dean was a superstar and told us exactly how to make this transfer happen without using Zell. When we arrived at the bank, he met us at the door and got us the help we needed to quickly take care of the transfer. To make matters more entertaining, this was on New Year's Eve day. So thankful today for Dean and his help. Suzette assisted with the transaction. Both get 5+ stars from us. You need more employees like them! Other companies could take a lesson in their exceptional service.”

“I dont know why this place has 1 stars, maybe you guys had the wrong people. I called Latasha drumright with a problem over the phone and she told me we could handle It in person. When I came in person she had a letter printed for me ready to solve my problem. My situation ended up being complex so tasha and her manager (maybe lana) worked tirelessly for about an hour to come to a conclusion and help me with a smile. She never once complained and when I called another branch they could not figure It out like she did. She even talked to a lender for me and faxed something over on behalf of me. I will go to them from now on I recommend Tasha drumright and her manager!”
