“I called the location to book a Uhaul. I had called four locations and Natalie answered the phone. She took her time, answered all my questions and helped me book my reservation in less than three minutes and we even had a great conversation.
When I got done, I told her how impressed I was and she was shocked that she thought she did a good job.
It was the smoothest and quickest booking process I’ve ever experienced as a Uhaul dealership.
