She listens, helped me understand my timeline to transfer to the facility and even explain to me the benefits of storing with them. I definitely am excited to store with this location. I actually reserved a different company and didn't realize they were a broker until it was too late. That was a nightmare, they didn't show up on the date they said and then when they did, my price was double. Anyway, I had spoken with Ciara prior and I knew City Jump was local. They literally came the following morning and were done before we had to leave for our flights. I cannot thank the crew enough!
