“I called the location to book a Uhaul. I had called four locations and Natalie answered the phone. She took her time, answered all my questions and helped me book my reservation in less than three minutes and we even had a great conversation.
When I got done, I told her how impressed I was and she was shocked that she thought she did a good job.

“My company relocated me and my family out to California. Typically, the military has done my moves in the past so this was my first time doing everything on own. I actually reserved a different company and didn't realize they were a broker until it was too late. That was a nightmare, they didn't show up on the date they said and then when they did, my price was double. Anyway, I had spoken with Ciara prior and I knew City Jump was local. They literally came the following morning and were done before we had to leave for our flights. I cannot thank the crew enough! “Great storage facility at the Windy Hill / South Cobb Dr location! As the owner of Grab and Go Movers, my team and I are in and out of storage units all over the Atlanta area. These units are clean and secure. Our client had a whole 1-bedroom apartment and we were able to maximize every single inch to get it all to fit perfectly into this smaller unit to save them some money.
