Very helpful tellers that call me by name and courteous. I have to wait sometimes but no fault of the service industry. We are in a labor shortage. I get it. Dean, the manager, is always attentive and addresses me professionally when I come in.

Manager was extremely rude - kept interrupting my aunt and me while we were talking to each other. A little common courtesy and respect for elders goes a long way. The Banker that we worked with (Mary) was very helpful.

I made an appointment before I go to the branch. People there were vey friendly and professional. Jannet was very professional and patient to answer my questions, as a new customer I had lots of questions regarding the new checking and savings account etc. suggested make an appointment to go.
