“Stepped into Ross Dress for Less today and was looking for the “Welcome to Ross” greeting I always get when entering the store. Unfortunately, that’s was the only thing keeping this store from getting 5 stars! Everything was what I expected from finding name brand clothing, shoes, and accessories was on point! Orginally went to shop for a phone charger, however, ending up buying other items because the selection was Good! Store was clean, convenient to locate, easy parking, plenty of staff to take of your needs… At checkout was agent by the name Charlene who checked me out. At first she it was just the regular customer service routine, but after a few back and forth exchanges. I found her to be pleasant, amusing, and fun… Ross you are lucky to have her as one your associates. Keep up the good work! Will come back soon!”
“Great boutique with designer brands that are hard to find in person! The staff is trained to greet and help you right away (very common in boutiques) but I found this helpful as I was looking for a dress to wear to a specific event. I was in an out in about 20 minutes with a great dress! I will definitely go back!”
