“Much better service since 5 years ago. BUT, please make no mistake, my 5 star rating is NOT an overall rating. This rating is especially for KERI ANDERSON.
My 1st visit that week to get my oil changed was not a good experience. The gentleman that checked me in lied to me about the wait time (when I suggested rescheduling) and had me waiting for over an hour before he even checked my car in. I was there sooo long until when he came in with Keri to get me, he didn’t even remember who owned the car.
When I returned Keri was exceptionally kind and soooo respectful.
He made me feel as if I was his top priority. Even while I was waiting, he came into the lounge to get himself a bottled water and he automatically got one for me. This young man deserves to be recognized a rewarded for his exceptional customer service.”

“This is the BEST experience that I have EVER had in the state of GA. I started out at Mavis. A complete disaster! I was first in line, with an appointment, and I was turned away! I have brought all my cars there for oil changes and tire repair (OLD NORCROSS-DULUTH location). I then found this wonderful mechanic and his two sons right away...on a SUNDAY! My car was fixed within 20 minutes. Stan and his two sons were AMAZING! They told me everything that they were doing, and they even let me watch! “What started off as an extremely irritating experience in the Snellville store ended on a positive note thanks to Kobe in the Lilburn store. I want to start by explaining everything that Kobe did right. The associate in the Snellville store did not know how to process an online return and was not willing to take any additional steps to find out how to do so. So instead of wasting my time and going back home and waiting to speak to a general manager, I took it upon myself to call the nearest store to find out if someone there could help me. Kobe answered the phone and was immediately willing to help. Even though he didn’t know what to do initially, he made the effort by calling his general manager to find out how the return could be processed. I was physically in the Snellville store and Kobe was in the Lilburn store. He stayed on the phone with me on speaker attempting to walk the Snellville associates through the return process while simultaneously assisting customers in his own store. Even when the associates couldn’t figure out where to go in the system, Kobe never showed signs of frustration. He never suggested I give up or come back another time. I am just blown away by his commitment and I hope that his employers are recognizing him as an individual who is committed to his job. He is committed to providing exemplary customer service to customers who are not even in his own store. I really hope that he’s being groomed for management because he really showed leadership quality during the entire interaction. This employee represented Advance Auto extremely well.”
