“This was my first time using Budget and what a great experience! I had a confirmed reservation with Enterprise in Loganville and they had no SUVs available when I arrived for my pick up. After some dead ends with calls to other Enterprise locations, I pulled into the Budget location at 5 pm, not really optimistic about finding a vehicle suitable for my trip. ILANA was working the counter and she was amazing! Got me in a super clean, low mileage Ford Explorer and had me on the road in record time. I am now a loyal Budget customer thanks to great customer service.”
