“I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. First, $35 for a vet appointment healthy or sick. Each service was also the cheapest I’ve ever seen. Why don’t more vets have upfront pricing like this? Two people sat down with me and answered all of my questions (and I have a lot). The whole appointment took around an hour and a half. Well worth the wait, considering the price and the attention my kitten received.”

“Want to go out and try something new? BINGO! Open to everyone! So much fun! They have several rounds with prizes from $50, $100 and grand prize of $1000. Wife and my 1st time playing bingo in many years and have never been to this location. Staff is awesome. Very welcoming and friendly. They walked us through how to play and what to purchase. They have an open bar with very reasonable prices. They also offer bar foods such as burgers, nachos and fries. I know going out can get expensive but this was a nice break from that. Of course you can purchase as many boards as you want (spend as much as you want) but for the 2 of us to play was $30. Plus you get a chance to have your evening paid for if you win. Facility was very clean and well cared for. Bingo hall was a lot bigger than I expected. Thankfully a smoke free building. American Legion is a great addition to any community. Made for a very fun date night. Will definitely be back! Try it for yourself!”

“We volunteered at this location a few weeks ago with our women Aspire group and volunteers from my company. We spent the day helping them organize their stock and labeling it correctly. It was a very enlightening experience going through all the donations. This organization provides diapers, clothing, and other baby items and items mothers may need for themselves. Families can come in and shop for the things they need for their new baby. The staff was very friendly. I look forward to volunteering again.”

“Very nice masjid. Everything so nice besides some volunteers in women side is very ignorant and rude! One Friday I just want to buy food and one girl told me to pay 15 dollars then I realised I forget my wallet..then I go to my husband to bring money.. After i came back the other women told me to give 20 dollars...i Just shocked..i mean i donate for masjid no problem but its seems unfair. The other day in milad..that same lady give food..she behave like we... Can not afford food! Came on man we don’t go there for food..we just want to part of dua mahfill..that's it..it’s very very rude..otherwise it’s a good masjid...I love to go there..just need some changes..”

Through the efforts of the staff, David learned to be more independent and self-sufficient. He felt like a contributor as a result of the various projects Creative undertook. His demeanor improved (which he had become saddened as his own siblings grew up and moved out). David enjoyed the camaraderie and learned to follow the “rules”.Together, Ms. McIntosh’s team and our family worked for David’s betterment. Pros are that they offer assistance for up to a year and get donations quite often, but the cons are that after you graduate the program your alumni status is really shaky and the staff that are hired could possibly make gaining stability a bit harder instead of easier based on their unnecessary attitudes and lack of understanding at times. Not all staff, of course. A super huge blessing though for many families”

No sign on the door with explanation, just the guy who runs the donation center shaking his head "no" at me. Also they don't take larger items like bed frames, you are better off taking those straight to the Riverside store or posting them on a marketplace type app.”

“This Goodwill is hit or miss. Sometimes I leave empty-handed. The prices are still reasonable, and this location hasn’t been hit with the major price hikes yet. However, they also tend to have the worst furniture and the most boring items. Maybe it’s the neighborhood or the type of donations they get. I’ve never seen a piece of furniture at this location that made my heart drop because it wouldn’t fit in my truck. You know the feeling I’m talking about — when you don’t even need the furniture, but you want it anyway because it’s just that beautiful. I haven’t come across anything like that here. Most of the time, I’m just trying to figure out whether the stains on the furniture are human-made or juice… then walking away. The employees can have a slight attitude with people. I’ve seen it firsthand, though I’ve never experienced it myself. I carry myself with decorum and don’t invite the kind of energy that gets that response. Overall, it’s a good location, but not a great one.”

“Goodwill had a TON of things out! We were found a lot of things for $19.00. Our granddaughter's are coming to visit & Goodwil was the perfect place to find a few books for them. My husband and I also found a few items for ourselves. I was surprised to see the store had brand new Halloween Decorations. Thank you Goodwill for helping people find a treasure or two. For giving us items that are reasonably priced in a world that is becoming more expensive EVERY DAY!!”
