“Great service and ease of buying/delivery. Our salesperson, Ruth, met us at the door and welcomed us in. After asking our names, she asked what we might be looking for. After telling her, she led us to the location in the showroom and gave us plenty of time to look around. No high-pressure sales. She was available to answer questions and was very helpful in showing us how the furniture operated.”

When we entered this time, Jessica greeted us and immediately qualified us for what we were looking for. Her knowledge of the different features of the mattresses was on point, and we never felt like she was over selling. I don't think she even showed us the most expensive mattress in there because it didn't fit what we were looking for which I appreciate very much. She was knowledgeable without being pushy and she gave us space without feeling like we had to get away for some privacy. Buying a mattress is stressful, but she made it easy and relaxing. She was great with our 3 year old too. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm and working with Jessica!”

“I hate seeing this business getting a bad rap on these reviews as they have always done me right! They get me what I need and most importantly when I need it. They even negotiate price to give me the best deal I can find under the circumstances. I've worked in this industry and I understand how tough it can be when you furnish someone's home and then when it comes time for them to make a payment, sometimes the customer will avoid you for months then want to write a bad review because they are mad they didn't get the items they rented for free. The owners really are good people...you keep it real with them and they will do the same!”

“I came around 11am on a Friday. Typical target layout. Finally self checkout here. I came a year ago and there was none. Starbucks in the front as soon as you come in off to the left. As well as the restrooms. The restrooms were clean. I love their makeup section layout. I couldn't find any plant based meat. The staff looks at you like you are dirty- that's normal. That's fine, I didn't come for a sense of community. Overall a great experience comes early to avoid the long lines.”
