However, the store is often very crowded, which can be overwhelming. The floors can be dirty, with clothes scattered everywhere, and the layout is disorganized. A significant issue is sad customer service, with long lines due to insufficient cashiers, even when managers witness the problem. Sometimes specific items, like handbags, can be out of stock. Overall, it is okay for those on a budget seeking good-looking attire and accessories.
5 Stars for the entire staff. They're always great, especially the friendly security guard at the entrance & cashiers. Overall the store gets messy due to always being extremely busy. It's not the staff's fault but the disrespectful customers who shop there.

This store is so junky and unorganized. Compared to competitors and other locations, the inventory is lacking. Only 3 registers open on a Saturday afternoon. I recommend loganville and Buford locations.
