After discovering they didn't have the boot that I wanted, in my size...she proceeded to track the exact pair of boots that I needed...in AUSTIN, TX! I was flying to Austin later in the week...and she, said, "let me see if I can find a a pair around there"...after literally 20 minutes on her computer and the phone...she found them! To find this level of service, in this day and age...is a true find indeed!”
