Two hours ago, in Grayson GA, my friend with whom is doing a business transaction with me, acquired a Cashier’s Check from Truist Bank, when I attempted to cash the 25k check, Truist at two locations advised me they don’t have the cash and that they could order the money and I could get it next week Friday which is 7 days from now. A. Don’t issue a Cashiers check if u can’t cash it, B. This is another example of how banks are withholding our money as they make interest income off of it. C. They charged my friend a fee for the Cashier check when they should have told him to just write a personal check which is free, as either way the recipient would have to wait 5 business days to get the funds. This is not acceptable as your customers are tired of being taken advantage of.

We walked in on a Saturday at 10:30am without an appointment hoping to open our son’s first checking account and boy did we luck out in having Mr. David Bunch assist us in this next step for our nervous and excited young teenager. He was warm, friendly, and most of all sincere.He was brimming with all the necessary information regarding safeguarding one’s personal details and advice on what to be wary of that all young people need to ground themselves in.Thanks for walking us through the process, Mr. Bunch! Never knew spending the morning at a bank could be so enjoyable.

I was doing a wire transfer and guy name Darvin told me 30 minutes, They made me wait for an hour and half to do wire transfer and said they are busy and they keep taking their appointments peoples. I regret opening an account with Truist bank.

Manager would not let me make a large withdrawal after I authenticated my account which is unheard of. Been banking here for years. One of the employees told me he sucks ? with his as* I think that may be the problem!

Extremely inefficient and poor customer service. One teller spent most of her time chit chatting with customers slowing her down. It took her at least ten minutes or more per customer. One manager left to go to lunch instead of opening up the third teller window and helping customers. I personally will never use this branch ever again. They were taking so long I finely gave up and left.

This BANK IS HORRIBLE ! You can not get a new card/ temp card if you are a new bank member ! You have to wait 90 days. The customer service reps are rude and disrespectful . I haven't came across one nice person that's actually willing to help. They just flag your account and tell you . you HAVE TO VISIT THE BRANCH WITH TWO FORMS OF IDS ! I can not do that I am a NURSE ! My mobile banking is always getting deactivated which is an inconvenience for me . I only been with them for two weeks. I will be closing my account !

Everyone at this bank is very nice and thoughtful. I have always been taken care of right away and if there is a small wait it's because it's the only Truest Bank close in Snellville.

I have been banking with this location since they opened in this plaza. I have never had a bad experience there and every employee I have encountered has been very pleasant. I am in there so much, that now they feel like a extended family to me.

very busy parking lots. both drive through was not working. Could not deposit due to casher was taking too long. i I left the place without depositing

I would give 0 stars if I could. Waited over an hour to get a document notarized. The service is horrible at this bank . I would not recommend.

If you ever even momentarily thought to use this bank…just slap yourself hard, and that would still be less painful. My company used to be with BBT for the 8:30am drive through since we open at 9am. They closed everything around this branch and it doesn’t offer any drive through. So we adjusted. However since they’ve been open out of the 3 months I make a daily deposit they have only opened and been ready at 9am 5 times. The rest of the times they don’t open the doors until 9:05-9:07. And when they do you have to wait inside for another couple minutes for the tellers to get up and running. I know it’s only a matter of a couple minutes however when there are 8-10 people waiting outside these minutes add up to ridiculous amount of time spent at the bank costing my company money due to their absence of concern for their customers. And btw good luck trying to make a complaint to corporate they have it so complicated that I have not seen one review that states they actually were able to log a complaint. Worst bank ever and with their attitude inside they will never improve

They close at 5pm but website say 6pm. Management please fix it so someone else doesn't have to drive like 45 minutes for nothing.

This is what you get when you combine two banks that were tied for the worse in customer service in the industry. You only thought it could not get worse, WRONG.
