Truist is a very nice and updated bank. The staff is warm, friendly, thoughtful, sincere, and very pleasant. Customers are always taken care of right away and have never had a bad experience. The location is convenient and feels like an extended family. They provide good information and guidance. The only complaint is that commercial and regular accounts use the same line, which can cause a wait of about 20 minutes even with short lines. Overall, visiting this bank is an enjoyable experience.
