UPDATE: THIS LOCATION STILL SUCKS!!! I went into the store to do an Amazon return only because they are the closest location. One of my Amazon returns they would not accept because I didn't have the Amazon bag it came in. The item was in the original box it came in, yet they still wanted me to purchase a box to send it back to Amazon. I refused to buy one, instead I went to the UPS Store I started going to after my previous incident (see below) at this location with the UPS label they printed incorrectly. THE OTHER STORE TOOK THE AMAZON RETURN WITH NO ISSUES!!!! Do yourself a favor, stop frequenting this location. They have horrible customer service and trying to make a buck off of selling you boxes that is unnecessary for an Amazon return. (Please don't bother responding to this post with one of your automated responses. I'm not interested in any of your excuses.)
INITIAL REVIEW: Unfortunately, I paid $75 for an item to be sent overnight to Seattle and because their barcode was not put correctly on their label, I paid for another one for my client to send out a package overnight, which cost me another $75. As instructed by the UPS location in Seattle Washington, I went back for a refund at this location, but the manager, Kevin, refused to issue me a refund, even though the label was not used. He said I should’ve gone back to him to get it printed again, but how was I supposed to know that when I was instructed by the Seattle, WA location to get a new one. I would never have gotten a new one if the Snellville location issued their label correctly.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Charged me four dollars to print a shipping label. When I asked why I couldn’t print it myself the man replied that it had to be a real label. It was not, just a sheet of paper I could have printed and taped onto the package myself. Awful employee.

As I walked in through the door, the employee welcomed me in! I waited patiently in line as other customers were being helped. As I stepped up to the counter, the manager took care of me and was super friendly! The store was clean and neat. This was my 1st experience in the store and the 2nd time I came back the manager remembered me which was pretty nice(given the never ending foot traffic) highly recommend this store!

I love coming to this store. I read instructions, follow instructions and everything goes smoothly. You have no idea how many people I see that come unprepared to do returns. Poor employees have to put up with them. They don't tape their boxes, or print our their label. If people weren't so dumb, everything would go smoothly. You tape all your stuff and have it ready to go and you're life would be more simpler. You print out the correct label and you'll be fine. People make sure your stuff is labeled and printed and you won't have any issues. It's a lot of disorganized people I see that complain a lot. Don't like it how things are, go to another ups store. This is the best Ups store. Also tape up your boxes. And remember, don't be cheap :)

Horrible experience! Worst customer service ever in my life. Arrogant, rude , unfocused, aloof, staff. Store owner unwilling to resolve customer issues. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Customer service was not good. Questioning a customer “ how were they supposed to know the customer needing packaging done at 2:30pm.” No notices that they stop accepting packages 1/2 hour before closing. Just hostile experience. Will never return. The other ups on Scenic was much more accommodating.

If you are sending time sensitive things don’t use this location or maybe even UPS.
Twice prior to this review have over night packages need delivered 4-5 days later.
Yesterday 7 packages were all mailed out for over night delivery, perishable goods, 1 out of 7 delivered.
So not only is this location over priced, charging for labels other locations don’t.
They also lose you packages.
