They got me set up with a new phone when I had to replace an old device unexpectedly, but the discount I was told I was receiving on the device I purchased was not reflected in my actual billing.

Despite having the unlucky occurance of cracking the screen on my phone, I was very lucky to have the best person to fix the problem. Calvin was extremely helpful, very patient, and understanding while assisting me. I never felt pressured or misunderstood because Calvin explained the details of my upgrade plainly and answered my questions honestly. Losing all of my memories, photos, and notes would have been devastating. Even with my cracked screen malfunctioning Calvin took his time and went above and beyond to help me successfully save and transfer everything to my new phone. While waiting the two hours for transfer I observed his peers, Greg and Davis, helping other customers. All of these guys were very professional and personable with each person they helped, myself included. By far my best experience at a Verizon store. So many thanks to all three of them.

I did the locker pick up option to pick up a new phone (outside of their business hours). The process was efficient and I was in and out. You log into the screen outside of the store, authenticate your account and bam, you have your new device.The locker pick up is facing a busy street which is a plus for me. Not sure why I was concerned about going outside of office hours but the fact that many cars were around was comforting.

After visiting Verizon Wireless on Scenic Hwy I left feeling frustrated and angry. I walked into this establishment and wow what a difference. Taylor greeted me with a smile and seemed happy to see me. He answered my question with no hesitation and took care of my needs. It is amazing that one company has very opposite customer service skills. If you want to be treated with respect by someone who is knowledgeable and friendly visit Taylor at this Verizon store.

It looks like a Verizon store. It acts like a Verizon store. But it is not a Verizon Store.It is an "indirect" "non corporate store". They can charge you more for your device and they can change your plan without your consent or knowledge.The store rep Greg Dowdy is liar and a full scumbag.

I am a happy and returning Verizon customer today thanks entirely to Leonard Carter! I was under a tight time crunch and knew exactly what I wanted and he delivered, fast! I was in and out in under 10-ish minutes. 10 Stars!

Please be aware that this store will sell you phones and give you pricing that will not be honored. This is an indirect store, meaning. Verizon customer service will not honor anything this store has told you. I worked with Ms. Williams, who flat-out lied about promotions etc. I spoke with management, and management talked to the sales rep, and I was told Ms. Williams's lies were valid and that thereCan do. Worst experience ever. R

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr Camren Sharpe. He was an absolute pleasure and took care our needs with our service. He was very pleasant and actively listened to what we wanted to do. He took the time to make multiple phone calls to ensure everything we needed was able to be completed. He is WHO you want to work with in customer service.

Camren was the real MVP today!!! His customer service was stellar and his commitment to solving my issue was unmatched!!! I want to start by saying that the sales rep that helped me was Xander Rousseau and he was adamant about helping me and getting my problems solved. I was very nervous about coming in but he was actually very nice and genuine about getting what needed to be done done. At the end of the transaction i ended up getting what i wanted while spending less than what i thought. He spared no expense and we enjoyed a nice conversation the entire time. 10/10 would recommend him as your Verizon Sales rep.
