“My experience here is always very personal. Edwin literally is an awesome guy. His customer service skills are phenomenal. He is personable with customers and he adds a great experience with each encounter. There are other members of the staff like Bill ( Pharmacist) who seems to always have it figured out and is always ready to help.
There are a couple more individuals who stand out like Kim ( I hope that’s her name) she is always nice and friendly and there is a new young lady she actually told me she just turned 19 and that she tries her best to “ multitask. She actually has great customer service skills and is “no stranger “ to customers.

“Towne Pharmacy has been our pharmacy of choice for almost 10 years now. The owner is super helpful and so smart and knows how to help her customers with suggestions and sound, professional advice. They understand how insurance works and have such knowledge when it comes to varying medications. The staff is phenomenal (Monica) and always willing to help. I highly recommend this pharmacy. “I've been using Kroger in Rincon Ga now for at least 3 or more years. The pharmacist and staff are always helpful and courteous. After a mistake by my previous pharmacist that cost me an ER visit by ambulance while on vacation had me very concerned about another mistake. But Kroger is Fantastic! Very knowledgeable and everything is always right. Thank you guys!”

“I went to get some photo prints, and when I got there, I discovered that the process had somewhat changed. I am 74, and change can be a bit unsettling to me. I had to rely heavily on the associate in the photo department to get my prints. Tejon was extremely kind, courteous, and patient with me. He was not only covering the photo counter, but the main counter by the exit door as well. He was not irritated by my many questions as so many would have been. I appreciate his kindness and willing to help me. He didn't make me feel like I was a bother to him. Customers want to feel like people genuinely want to help them, and I definitely felt that way about him. He should be the employee of the month in my book!”

The whole store is wonderfully decorated with a lot of cool retrobillia, my favorite is the scales, u put in a penny And it will give you a fortune, or some words of truth then u will see your weight! I love it! People that work there been there for many years, and that is comforting.”
