“Love this place, go here all the time and I have never been disappointed. Customer service is great, they made fun of an annoying lady when I was dropping off a package once 10/10”

“The Rincon Packing and Shipping store is some of the best customer service one could ever have in Effingham County. From the time you enter the store and until you leave, every need is taken care of. They are wonderfully kind and considerate in creating labels, packaging, and expert level recommendations for all shipping services. This is what customer service used to be like and should always be this way. Their kindness and attentiveness is unparalleled. I have never left this business dissatisfied. They are way above any bar that this industry could ever set. Despite changing times, Rincon Packing and Shipping is a constant.”

“Scheduled a LTL delivery and even set up a specific delivery day and the palette arrived flawless. The driver even placed it up the short inclined driveway which many would place by the road. Excellent service and very happy! Thank you! A+++ 10/10!”

“Got here at 0700 for a 0730 appointment, was given a door right away and was done with bills in hand by 0815. This place is super fast, it is true that there is NO overnight parking, and NO bathrooms for use. With how quick they are though, the bathroom problem isn’t a terrible thing! Pretty easy check in, you pull down the driveway and need to scale at the guard shack, you pass the building and then make a U-turn to enter it. There is where you get your door assignment, back in, then take bills to the office which is located between doors 19 and 20👍”
