“Every time I visit, I’m greeted at the door or by the cashier with a warm smile. The entire team is consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do—which creates such a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for customers. I also really appreciate that there’s always someone available to help load heavy or bulky items into my car. I never have to ask or go looking for assistance, which sets this store apart from some of the larger hardware chains nearby. And of course, the free popcorn is always a fun and thoughtful touch—thank you!

She was clear, patient, and thorough in walking me through each step. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Jennifer, who, along with Ms. Donna, made me feel completely at ease. I was initially nervous about inquiring whether ACE offered a program like this for my small laser engraving business, but they both took the time to answer all of my questions with professionalism and genuine care.
Before starting the B2B process, I stopped by the garden section and was warmly greeted by a very helpful associate. She’s always so friendly and knowledgeable about plant care, and I really value her advice—though I didn’t catch her name this time.”
“Bought my Bad Boy Maverick mower from them, overall im paying less than i would on the similar model from tractor supply, and if it ever needs warranty service you get priority service opposed to buying one from somewhere else and having them do warranty work. Overall the Maverick model is a beast ?, it handles wet thick grass with ease, even in spongy to slightly muddy conditions. The controls are very smooth and responsive yet have good dampening so it doesn't jerk left and right. I see alot of people complain about the reaper tires but i prefer them as my field retains alot of water with a fire drain so they provide excellent traction with minimal damage compared to my mower with turf tires. The bad boy is the easiest machine to clean and maybe takes five minutes, even being covered in mud. The cut is perfect and never need to do a second pass, even when cutting 10" tall grass at all ahead full speed. The dampening suspension on the Maverick unit is amazing, when i run over heavily rooted areas my eyes don't roll in my head like a slot machine. Overall i 100% recommend the Bad Boy mower lineup from Johnson Fleet and Farm in yulee.”

“Excellent Customer Services.Their brand of bird seed called,Royal Wing Premium Wild Bird Food, Nuts and Fruit Blend, I would HIGHLY recommend, this Brand, there are nuts in that in all my years of buying bird seed I have never seen, example, Macadamia, Filberts, Walnuts etc .These aren't crumbs, I'm talking 1/2 of a Walnut, whole Filberts.Alot of seeds you buy with nuts, you get crumbs from who ever their getting nuts from, not this company.This is PREMIUM based seeds and nuts.Please try their other Royal Wing Bird seeds.Pick up a bag, feel it, just that bag should convince you, this must be QUALITY PRODUCTS .The bag self seals also, something else of the highest quality.Ted RichardsonMasonry Plus Property Services,LLC.Florida.”
“Ms. Marci in the appliances/ cabinet department was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in dealing with a 3rd party finance company that absolutely fell on their face. She helped us, stayed late and put hours of her time and focus on us to make sure we had the best experience she could provide. Not to mention her knowledge on the available products and the shipping circumstances while helping us choose the perfect product for us. This woman needs to be recognized by her employers for not just doing the bare minimum at her job, but giving the best customer service she could when things got hard and confusing due to the incompetence of a 3rd party lender. Give her a 1/1 AMTB, Premote ahead of peers. Next time I walk into my local kingsland lowes if I got questions that is who I'm going to.”
